That still depends on libopenh323

But if you install asterisk-oh323 and load that module to asterisk you
link asterisk with libopenh323.

So it is basically illegal to load both res_perl (from addons) and
asterisk-oh323 . Even today it is possible to add a conflict between
asterisk-h323 (had it not been dumped) and any such problematic package.

I don't see why te fact that the h323 module came from a different
source package matters.
