new debs prepared

Hi Santiago and everybody,

I have prepared the next potential uploads in SVN and put the resulting
debs up at:
http://backend.verfaction.de/~kk/deb_upload/
(asterisk, libpri, zaptel, openh323, openam, openmcu, ohphone, t38modem)

Please everybody try these and comment if there's any problem with these
changes. The fixes are mostly solving the known and open bugs against
these sources, but also include a fixed Mimas_rc2 for openh323. Apart
from that i have resynced with latest Xorcom RAPID from Tzafrir.

The asterisk does WorkForMe(TM), so i'd like to hear about success or
problems elsewhere. I so far haven't run the open{mcu|am} and ohphone,
but at least all of these compiled nicely in sbuild on i386. If someone
wants the sbuild-resulting debs to compare with the svn-buildpackage'd,
just drop me a note and i'll put them up with the rest.=20

Those packs have been built using svn-buildpackage on i386 and amd64
without problems. I might try the gcc-4.0 later today.

If everybody is agreed with them as are, they could be dumped into
incoming this evening.
