I have a E100p (1xE1) card using wcte11xp module and  two TDM04B card (8
FXO port in total) using wctdm module  so i think ztcfg is run once for
each modprobe, 2 times in total.
Where do i change to make ztcfg run only once?

I am using asterisk 1.0.5-2 and zaptel compiled from cvs (digium
recomendation)
