 Ok, it lacks two things:

  1. I forgot to copy debian/control to zaptel-source. This should be
done in build-indep target. You can copy it by hand
to /usr/src/modules/zaptel-source/debian

  2. Which means you have to untar manually the tar.gz file in /usr/src.
I think that is a problem of the old file included with m-a. I will work
on it a bit later (tonight)
