One other thing: I don't believe I should be bothered by Debian's
dpkg about /etc/zaptel.conf each time I upgrade the package.
The default configuration file is useless for anybody who actually needs
the package. Thus no point in including it in the package. The only
reason I see for keeping it is because ztcfg fails if it doesn't exists.
I believe that this is a bug of ztcfg, and probably trivial to fix. But
also trivial to work around: just create it at postinst if it's not
already there.
