well, to be honest for Debian cdr_mysql isn't high priority right now
for 2 reasons:
1.) MySQL has been reported very buggy and unstable for CDR. For an ITSP
or alike it was proposed to use PostegreSQL, which would work better.
You should thus only consider MySQL in the first place if you have very
low traffic on your asterisk.

2.) We're currently trying to get the voip tree proceeding into Sarge.
This is only blocked by another upload of zaptel and probably asterisk.
After that we'll be considering asterisk-addons into NEW if testing
shows that MySQL is suitable for small setups.
