I agree with this. I have changed that dependency in my local copy to
asterisk-config (=3D ${Source-Version}) | asterisk-config-custom. I have
also added a Conflicts with asterisk-config-custom in asterisk-config
package description.
This allow everyone to create a local asterisk-config-custom package,
and installing it fullfill that dependency.
