zaptel, libpri and asterisk are available from

The diffs include:

* bristuff 0.2.0-RC8d
  - patches to all the packages
	- correct .version in asterisk.patch
	- Added cwain (no idea what it is, but the module seems not to load
		automatically on any pci ID, so there should be no problem adding
		it)
* cleaned-up zaptel's makefile
  - don't use DESTDIR: use INSTALL_PREFIX
  - qozap, zaphfc and cwain uild in the zaptel directory
  - pattern rules can make a makefile simpler
  - 'make install' fails if one of the programs has failed to build
  - no manual libtonzone.so linking: use ldconfig -n
  - always use -fsigned-char
* added man page for astgenkey
  - asterisk binaries with no man page yet: astman, autosupport, safe_asterisk
  - zaptel binaries with no man page yet: makefw torisatool ztspeed zttest
* fixed autosupport to be a proper /bin/sh script
  - But do we actually need it?

Most of the fixes are in the dpatches themselves.
