Bug#339939: yate: doesn't remove /var/lib/yate on purge

Version: 0.8.7+cvs20050604-3

When testing yate with piuparts, I get the following error:

0m6.7s ERROR: Package purging left files on system:
  /var/lib/yate

This seems to be because the postinst creates the directory, but the
postrm does not remove it when the package is removed or purged.
