I found out that these files are in asterisk-sounds-extra AND
asterisk-sounds-main:

conf-hasleft.gsm
conf-leaderhasleft.gsm
conf-placeintoconf.gsm
conf-thereare.gsm
conf-userswilljoin.gsm
conf-userwilljoin.gsm
conf-waitforleader.gsm

I removed these files from the asterisk-sounds-extra source-package and
installed the resulting package without problems.
