the changelog is quite short. You might want to check
http://debian.marlow.dk/mirrors/ftp.digium.com/zaptel/ChangeLog which i
have in my personal websec. I'm somewhat waiting for florz to fix his
forked zaphfc, which is by far less exhausting the system, but for now
still doesn't survive my allow-double-ztcfg patch. Unfortuantelly he
hasn't enough time to complete it. I'll look at the zaptel 1.2 stuff
including libpri 1.2. How far are we from asterisk 1.2-beta1? I'd love
to try chan_woomera with it.
