it's not my fear that zaphfc broke with 1.0.9.2, but that my
ztcfg-overloading patch breaks things. In case you have zaptel hardware
to test with, try the 1.0.9.1-4 in SVN and report if you can run ztcfg
continuous without seeing dropped calls etc.. If that works, I'll commit
the 1.0.9.2-1 this afternoon and upload it.
