I have made some more changes and a patch that removes iLBC stuff from
Makefile.in, but as you can check it still fails when trying to
compile examples. I am not very sure what more should I tweak to make
OPAL compile without any iLBC code in it (not that I will compile OPAL
without iLBC support, but with actually no code in it)
Please, any help will be welcomed. We can't upload OPAL to Debian till
this has been solved.
