well, the 1.3.26-1.* from the buildserver clearly didn't match this
version string. So we might want to go for >= if you agree. As the
package name changed, there are obviously no newer versions in SID, so

I'm not sure it'll seamlessly work with the buildd. We'll see how it'll
work out once all build-deps for twinkle are available in the updated
version.
