Our sale procedure & condition as specified below: 
Interested buyer will have to arrange and come down to Ghana for inspection on our product here in Ghana, take a random sample for test at the government geological assay department, having been satisfy with the assay report, buyer/ seller will then sign (contract agreement) and buyer makes a down payment of will cover paying 10% total cost of the goods as that the will cover government taxes to various authorities and the export documentations, also (one) of our company representative will accompany the goods to buyers choice of destination
 
The initial 10% down payment made by the buyer for the government taxes and export documentations will be deducted from the total cost of the product after the final assay report from buyers refinery and balance paid into seller bank account which will be provided to the buyer by swift bank transfer.
