Excellent again...

Feel free to create a branches/ tree under asterisk and we can use that as a 
bit of a sandbox to get a cdbs build up and running.

Well it originally it was, then we split into asterisk-classic, 
asterisk-bristuff and there was overlap between the two, so they ended up 
getting rolled into asterisk_fix.

Then again asterisk_fix hasn't actually been released into a .deb yet, it only 
exists in svn.

But that is part of the problem we have at the moment in that asterisk won't 
bootstrap from a vanila environment. As it is half way between the old and 
the new.
