Bug#383075: asterisk_fix script fails to set variables for adduser, user creation fails

The script asterisk_fix tries to set possible values for the variable 
adduser-extra-opts in line 10 and 13, for some reason bash doesn't 
recognize that and complains 'command not found' instead, then adduser 
fails complaining about unrecognized option 'extra-opts'

I have no idea why bash doesn't process setting the variable correctly.  
Just wanted to point it out.
