zaptel-1.2.8 and bristuff 0.3.0-PRE-1s

Hi

Mark has commited zaptel 1.2.8 to the changelog without actually
checking that it builds.

Trying to check it, I noticed a number of things:

1. Some of the recent fixes make it fail to build on my Sarge

2. Some of the patches fail to apply and need updating

3. bristuff 1s has not been applied yet.


So I opened a separate branch for Sarge and fixed (2) and (3) there. I
also commited the fixes to the trunk but haven't tested them on
Etch/Sid.

Well, I left it as I found it ;-)

Do note that the bristuff zaptel patch starts becoming a bit more
intrusive. It also changes the default echo canceller from KB1 to MG2,
but this is something I was considering doing anyway, and that Digium's
people seem to recommend.

Note that I prefer small patches that can be easily merged between
branches.
