Bug#384632: destar: writes wrong configuration files

Hi,

destar wrote into my configuration file /etc/asterisk/modules.conf

load=codec_ilbc.so

without checking if codec_ilbc.so is availible. This caused to crash
asterisk upon restart.

060825-172021 WARNING[10362] loader.c: /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/codec_ilbc.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
