sangoma patches for zaptel

Hi,

I'm now trying to stop patching Zaptel each time I want to play with Sangoma's 
code here and talked a bit with their tech support and found out it's not 
that hard to merge it as one .dpatch file to get HDLC framing and EDAC built 
into Zaptel (it does not conflict with current stuff).

The problem here is: one specific part of it looks for a header from Wanpipe 
and since Wanpipe isn't available in the Debian archive anymore I though you 
guys could give me some hints or ideas or something.
