reSIProcate libraries on Debian?

as usual, the amount of resources is limited. Here it's mostly the
amount of human resources being low. For sure there's loads of neat VoIP
stuff, but it's already quite hard to maintain the existing packs in
good shape. I'll try to rembemer looking at this as soon as I have the
new pwlib tree put into unstable.
