Bug#352534: twinkle: typo in show registrations

I set up two user accounts with different providers. In show registrations,
I get the following message about one provider, where the registration seems
to have expired:

stanaphone: you are nor registered
                    ^^^

I assume "nor" is a typo, it should probably say "not", or maybe "now"?
