Bug#354132: asterisk: Upgrading destroys astdb

Justification: causes non-serious data loss

After upgrading from 1.2.1 to 1.2.4, all existing contents of the astdb
appear to have been wiped out entirely.  This is very bad, since we put
a host of vital information in there.
