there are attempts which have just proven what David reckoned just
yesterday. Basically Bayonne (version 1) is only suitable for i386,
since the code is too specific to actually run on !x86 platforms. Thus,
yes, it should either be removed from !i386 or entirely replaced by
bayonne2 which is said to be much better arch-aware.
Mark, are you having bayonne2 in your preparation already?
