Bug#339293: New version of spandsp available

that one is missing the orig.tar.gz with a proper diff, to see what was
downloaded off the original website and what was your packaging addons.
Preferably the diff should contain only the debian/ dir to make reading
a bit more easy with what's to go in SVN.

Btw. do these new updates work with the asterisk-app-fax from SID or do
they need to be updated accordingly?
