Asterisk's app_directed_pickup doesn't seem to be able to pick up calls
that are ringing on a SIP device if the call originated from a Zap
channel, though it works fine when both ends of the call are on SIP.  

Bristuff's app_pickup can pick up calls in this situation, and seems to
work fine without the rest of the bristuff patch.  Please consider
including this module in the Debian package: it's self-contained and
shouldn't hurt anybody who isn't using it.  The only complication is
that app_pickup's Pickup() needs to be renamed to PickupCallGroup() or
something, so that it doesn't clash with the one from
app_directed_pickup.
