zaptel udev permissions

Hi

For some reason I thought that zaptel udev configuration has been
resolved in Sarge. Now I see that this is not exactly the case.
Device files are generated under /dev, but not with the right
permissions and ownership. (group comm, 660)

How are things at SID?
