Hello everybody,

in the recent rustle and bustle around ekiga, I looked into 'updating'
gnomemeeting. It seems not to be a trivial matter of just uploading it.

It requires a new version of libpt which was referred to in [1] and is
available from [2]. gnomemeeting additionally makes use of opal (also
available at [2]) which I'm happy to see in your team's SVN already, but
which would require an update.

Since I appreciate your efforts and don't want Ubuntu to diverge on the
VoIP packages at all, I'd love to know what your plans on these packages
are and how we could come up with a corporate plan of action.
