Actually, it seems rate-engine is at fault here.
I tried to reproduce the last crash, and couldn't initially nomatter how I
tried connecting and DTMFing and disconnecting.
Then all of a sudden this came up on the console log, in the middle of
another 1000 at ... connection test, and when I next disconnected asterisk
did segfault:
