asterisk 1.2.10 and zaptel 1.2.7

asterisk 1.2.10 and zaptel 1.2.7 commited, and awaitupload.

I've also commited a number of changes to the script asterisk-fix.

One pending change from the xorcom package that I have not yet commited
is moving all the bristuff modules to /usr/lib/asterisk/modules_bristuff .
That should allow having a bristuff version of some of the modules from
packages (h323).

Another change from there is splitting the sqlite, pg and odbc modules to 
their own separate packages (asterisk-sqlite ,etc.) to avoid unnecessary
dependencies in the main asterisk package. Note that 'asteriskt-sqlite'
is currently an empty package generated from the source package
asterisk-addons. In the Xorcom package, asterisk-addons does not
generate this empty package.
