Has something changed in this new release that not everybody's aware yet?

I've tried to build it but failed when looking for the main Makefile and also 
because the modules and install-modules targets (which I changed to all and 
install, respectively... then worked). The zaptel.tar.bz2 files apparently 
have some missing files as well (or did I something wrong?).
