asterisk packages some fixes

Hi Kilian,

What am I supposed to do exactly to get an account on the svn? I am going to 
commit some patches to freepbx (it should be working now) and I can work in 
Asterisk instead of Tzafrir in the next days (don't ask, he has been 
drafted... )
