iLBC is non-free, so it has been removed from the dfsg repackaged tarball, see 
changelogs for details.

asterisk (1:1.2.10.dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * bristuff.dpatch updated for the new version.
  * dfsg tarball also removes ilbc.
