Seting up a buildd is not that easy, but you might want to look 
at: http://www.debian.org/devel/buildd/setting-up  anyway.

Just use arch-buildpackage, cvs-buildpackage, darcs-buildpackage, 
svn-buildpackage, tla-buildpackage with your favorite VCS and be done ;-)
