Asterisk 1.2.9 and friends

Hello again,

I've attached a patch for both libpri-1.2.3 and asterisk-1.2.9.1.  I  
apologize for not using plain text (as prefered by the  lkml)--my  
mail client is adding random newlines and I see Kilian and Tzafrir  
are both using MIME-friendly clients.

To apply the patch, I would:

$ svn co svn://svn.alioth.debian.org/svn/pkg-voip/
$ cd pkg-voip
$ cat /tmp/asterisk-1.2.9.1.diff | patch -p0
