Bug#373085: 'apt-get build-dep twinkle' cannot be satisfied on Sid

Hi,

The instructions on this bug don't seem to allow building twinkle on
unstable either, at least at present:

andrew at ubu:/usr/src/twinkle$ apt-get build-dep twinkle
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
E: Build-dependencies for twinkle could not be satisfied.

Regarding the install dependencies, it appears that the problem is with
the dependency on libccrtp-dev, which depends in turn on
libccrtp1-1.3-0, which in turn depends on libcommoncpp2-1.3-2, which is
no longer in unstable, having been replaced by libcommoncpp2-1.4-0...

  libccrtp-dev: Depends: libccrtp1-1.3-0 (= 1.3.7-1+b1) but it is not going to be installed

  libccrtp1-1.3-0: Depends: libcommoncpp2-1.3-2 but it is not installable

andrew at ubu:/usr/src/twinkle$ apt-cache search libcommoncpp
libcommoncpp2-1.4-0 - A GNU package for creating portable C++ programs
libcommoncpp2-dev - Header files and static libraries for Common C++ "2"
libcommoncpp2-doc - Documentation files for Common C++ "2"

Of course if twinkle (and libccrtp1) would actually build against
libcommoncpp2 version 1.4 then twinkle itself would be installable
again:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  twinkle: Depends: libccrtp1-1.3-0 but it is not going to be installed
           Depends: libcommoncpp2-1.3-2 but it is not installable
