sofia-sip packaging considerations

as there is no other sofia-sip binary or virtual package around, what's
the purpose of naming it -bin? I guess if the software is named
"sofia-sip" then people would expect to be able to install it as such,
wouldn't they?
Morevoer, Kai, what's your help to be expected with the debian
packaging? As packaging with a "good upstream" is pretty much a one time
task, I don't really see the point of having too many people in the
pkg-voip group who are not primarily active developers for the voip
packges. I know we have the air to be a large group of developers, yet
things are sometimes a bit slowly in pkg-voip. Therefore I think if you
agree that we should now get sofia-sip in shape for Debian, then we'll
just do this via the mailinglist and regular patches.
In case you disagree, feel free to convince me that SVN access for you
is going to help with the development and you'll have it in no time.
