Status of SER & OpenSER packaging ?

Update from OpenSER side: there is a new major release just to be out. 
We stopped trying to add the packages from the old release, since we 
considered that is better to focus on the new release to have the 
packages compliant with Debian rules. Meanwhile, yes, Debian packages 
(apt repository) can be found on openser.org.
