upgrading asterisk

in terms of building, asterisk is duplicated. Yet in terms of packages,
asterisk is still but one package. It's now a meta-package depending on
either of the two resulting ones. Thus upgrading will normally select
the first available depends entry (which would be asterisk-classic
here). So, it's not done via any bogus Provides magic, it's all in the
real new asterisk package control.
