get-orig-source

Hi guys,

as you may have spotted on -commits already, I have injected quite some
updates to the debian/rules files. About each of the packages where
upstream ships versioned tarballs should have two new targets:
* get-orig-source
* print-version

The reason is quite simple: the auto-checkout script doesn't have new
sources when you commit changes to SVN. Thus it needs to have a way of
pulling these in to submit them for building. This means, that unless
the orig.tar.gz is found, it's being downloaded once and stored locally.

These two targets should basically be almost maintenance-free as they
take the version number information from debian/changelog and have the
upstream URL built-in to the debian/rules. This means, we need to update
the URL, as we see the upstream moving their download hosting area.

I haven't gone through all the copyright and watch files, but that
should be piece of cake from here. Any takers to proofread if we're
still in sync for these 3 URLs?

What's yet to do is the date-stamped CVS checkouts and the code-named
releases of openh323/opal/pwlib.

As always, if there is any questions, feel free to mail me off list or
on list as you see fit. ;)

 Kilian
