  Thanks, that should be fixed now in SVN.

  I updated the debian files. I removed all the files outside debian
  directory and switched to dpatch. There is a dpatch file which fixes the
  problem with config files. Also debian/rules does not run aclocal,
  automake and autoconf anymore.

  There is still problem with debian subdirectory in the orig tarball which
  causes build errors and makes the diff file ugly. We will generate a new
  upstream release and remove debian subdirectory from the tarball. After
  that it should build fine (I'll keep you updated).
