For now we should continue with the one from the old source. Merging
back with upstream=Digium may become a bit problematic, but sure we can
try.

We can at least use the get-orig-source magic and poke around with svn
externals.

I've just added an initial version of the get-orig-source, so i guess we
go from there once we have the review complete about what needs to be
merged where. ;)
