Ekiga deb package still has problems - it includes scrollkeeper XML files in /var/lib/scrollkeeper

Hi,

Ekiga deb packages, published at main Ekiga web page -
http://www.ekiga.org/index.php?rub=5&path=ubuntu/breezy_i386 or 
http://www.ekiga.org/index.php?rub=5&path=debian/sarge_i386 
still has big problems - they includes scroolkeeper XML files in 
/var/lib/scrollpkeeper

Same is with ekiga packages from http://people.debian.org/~kilian/pkg-voip/

This is really important problem, because now (un)installing ekiga couses 
gnome help (scrollkeeper) database to become corrupted :(

I understand, that this bug is fixed in Ubuntu dapper, but what to do for 
people, who uses stable versions of Ubuntu or Debian OS ?
