Bug#358413: asterisk-classic: depends on asterisk-config 1.2.4.dfsg-6+b1 while only 1.2.4.dfsg-6 is availiable

While trying to dist-upgrade a Debian unstable, asterisk was removed 
and is not installable any more because of the lack of the appropriate
asterisk-config deb (version 1.2.4.dfsg-6+b1 is required but only
1.2.4.dfsg-6 is availiable)
