zaptel-source: fails to compile against 2.6.14.3 - "'URB_ASYNC_UNLINK' undeclared"

Dear voip-maintainers,

I opted against filing this a bug, but thought I would mention as it
seems problems of this type may occur more often now that there are
numerous 2.6.x.y kernel releases extant.

I'm not sure that whether this will affect that many people, but the
modules can't be built against (vanilla) 2.6.14.3 because of this check
in xpp_usb.c at line 52:

#if LINUX_VERSION_CODE > KERNEL_VERSION(2,6,14)
#  define URB_ASYNC_UNLINK 0
#endif

The compile fails with:

/usr/src/modules/zaptel/xpp/xpp_usb.c:321: error: 'URB_ASYNC_UNLINK'
undeclared (first use in this function)

So LINUX_VERSION_CODE > KERNEL_VERSION(2,6,14) (incorrectly?) returns
false against the 2.6.14.3 kernel.  The
