releasing zaptel 1.2.5 and asterisk 1.2.6

zaptel is ready basically. Probably I can upload the new version tonight
to Debian (it's already in the pkg-voip.buildserver btw.).
For asterisk-1.2.6 you're right, it's bristuff which is the problem. The
update is promised for monday, so I guess we can wait, as going through
NEW wouldn't be much faster either. ;)
