asterisk testing release with working bristuff(zaphfc)

Hello VOIP maintainers,

it would be great to have an asterisk 1.2.X testing release
with running bristuff patch supporting the zaphfc module.

After updating to testing my hfc cards are no longer running
in NT Mode complaining about not recognising the signalling
option pri_net_ptmp (was running in 1.0.9).
As I looked through the changelogs I saw that bristuff was
disabled in 1.2.1.dfsg-2 and is sitll disabled in dfsg-3 which
is in testing.

I would like to continue using the deb packages and not
to use self compiled ...
