Bug#367258: Add a light version compiled without kde

Package: twinkle
Severity: wishlist

While some of us like twinkle very much, seing it go the kde way was not a
good notice, however there is a flag to compile without kde and the program
offers nearly all the functionalities (I believe that all of them but the
integration with kde's addressbook). I think it would be good to release a
-light or -nokde version of the package as well as the full blown one.

I currently compile it with "export cdbs_configure_flags=--without-kde"
which gives me the light version I want. I have tried to get the two
versions out of the current cdbs makefile but I have not been able to do it,
if you wouldn't mind going to another way of building maybe I could find the
time to write the new rules for us to get the two packages, but if you would
like to keep it using cdbs... would somebody with cdbs knowledge have a look
at building the two packages?

Thanks in advance!
