avoiding initial deadlock is a known issue for the queue/agent applications.

Think of it like this

asterisk has a pencil
and a sip phone has a clipboard


asterisk has a lock on the pencil
and needs the sip phone(channel..)'s clipboard

thats fine

but if they both have a lock on their items
and request each other's items 9 or 10 times in a row with
no results

it avoids a dead lock



no worries though, this is normal behaivor for queue/agent applications


These applications will eventually get re-written/fixed
