Backporting hooks

Hi guys,

as some of you may already have spotted, I've just moved over the old
branches for doing sarge backports into nicer, handier and more
understandable script hooks inside trunk. That means for every of the 5
(soon 6) dists we can have pre-snapshotting hook scripts to adjust trunk
to whatever that very distro needs. These scripts are stuffed under
debian/backports/ and named according to their dist name (sid, etch,
sarge, feisty, edgy, dapper). They will be run by the checkout script
doing the snapshots before even processing any svn-buildpackage call,
i.e. right after svn checkout.

This should ged rid of most of the inconsistencies with the manual
backports and long times till they eventually got updated.

If you got any further question, feel free to mail me. ;)
